Valley Chapter Elections - Last month we opened nominations for all of the Valley Chapter Board positions. Tonight, after the close of nominations, we will hold elections for those respective positions. The newly elected officers will take their seats at the PORAC Conference in November. As stated previously, the positions of President, Secretary and State Director will be one year terms. Next year, elections will be held for those positions again, at which point, they will resume the two year election cycle as specified in the by-laws. This will place the Valley Chapter in concert with PORAC. The positions of Vice President and Treasurer will be elected this year for a full two-year term.
