Old Business:
New Business:
Paul Brown:
Monthly Meeting Dinner Expenses - Each year at conference the Valley Chapter revisits the idea of paying for member meals at the monthly meetings. The reason behind this is to attract more members to the meetings. As is evidenced by the Treasurers report, this item has not affected the Valley Chapter negatively.
- Motion - David Griffin to continue paying for member meals at monthly chapter meetings.
Second - Jim Ballard
No Discussion
Motion Carries
State PORAC Treasurer Elections:
Being that Region II was unable to establish a regional position between Shawn DuFossi and Russ Reinhart for PORAC Treasurer, the Chapter conducted discussion in the matter:
- Motion: Paul Brown to support Shawn DuFossi for PORAC Treasurer
Second: Dan Schnepple
Discussion - Steve Walker said he believed it was unappropriate for members of the Valley Chapter E-Board to make the nominations
Motion Recinded.
- Motion: James Morgan to support Shawn DuFossi for PORAC Treasurer
Second: Jerry Camous
Discussion - Andy Schlenker said he liked both Reinhart and DuFossi equally. He said that both were qualified for the position and the reason why his association would be supporting Reinhart was because they have worked with Reinhart and know more about him and his work ethics.

Good of the Association:
Dan Schnepple:
