1.  For both April & March of 2003.  Motion to approve by Beintema, 2nd by Gordon Gray, motion carried.

VI. Treasurer's report

1.  Dave Souza presented report, Valley Chapter account balances: General acct - $13,788.44, PAC Acct - $35,235.35.  Motion to accept report by Greg Simpson, 2nd Joe Schmidt, motion carried

VII. Old Business

1.  Discussion of Chapter cell phone.  It was approved up to $60 per month.

IX. Reports

A. PAC

Randy  discussed the State budget concerns and legislature day.  Discussed the PORAC Conf in Indian Wells in November.

B. Insurance and Benefits

None

C. LDF

None.

D. Service Provider's Reports

Mastagni discussed several current cases.

California Casualty discussed new rates.

E. Association reports

-Sac POA reported former Chief Arturo Venegas is running for Assembly District 9.  Sac POA is opposed to his candidacy. 

X. Good of the Association

1.  PORAC Conference will be at Indian Wells on November 20 through 23.
