Discussion regarding election of (D) Doris Matsui to the 5^th Congressional District.

X.                PAC/OGA.

Andy spoke on PORAC Train the Trainer Re: Defined Contributions-v-Defined Benefit, as well as pension reform and proposed denial of D&D for public safety.

XI.             Retirement issues. Joe Schmidt provided information on retirement concerns that may occur as a result of proposed changes.

XII.          Service Providers. Paul Harrison of Myers Stevens provided information on available service plans. Chris Miller of Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrammer spoke on SB770 (PORAC OPPOSE) regarding elimination of Pitches motion and provide for a  requirement of 10-year retention on LOC and 15 year retention of sustained complaints.
