IV. Introduction
1. Chief of Oakdale Police Department was introduced.
V. Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes for May meeting were reviewed. Motion by Gladney to accept. Second by Schmidt. Motion carried.
VI. Treasurer's report
1. Paul Brown provided the report. Checking account balance is $16,637.80 and the PAC account is $44,196.77. Motion by Doug Ridenour to accept, second by Joe Schmidt. Motion carried.
VII. Old Business
1. President Souza discussed the attendance of a fund raiser for Greg Aghazarian.
VIII. New Business
1. Matt Zelinsky discussed the death of a Tuolumne County Deputy David Grant in a traffic accident while he was responding to a plane crash. Tracy Busbee made a motion to donate $1000 from the general fund to the widow of Officer David Grant. Second by Zelinski. Motion carried.

1. Disability insurance through California Casualty was discussed. The program protects 66% of your salary and only costs $19.50 per month. Associations can opt out of CA-SDI if they sign up for this program.
