Fund raising dinner for Kathleen Galgiani, 7^th Assembly District, on 04-27-05, tickets are $35.00. Motion by Jim Bock, second by Joe Schmit. Passed unanimously.

I&B- Paul Harris provided information on a variety of plans and service options.

LDF- Andy provided information on 3 Friend of the Court Briefs as well as the financial stability of the fund. Discussed briefly information regarding the Riders case.

Legal-David Mastagni, M.H.A.M.J&U, spoke on an Officer Involved assault case out of South Lake Tahoe. Gary Messing, C.B.M, spoke on case of interest involving Merced Officer in a D.V.

For reasons of noise and privacy meeting was moved to the Mastagni Law Offices.
