V. Approval of Minutes

1.  Minutes for March meeting were reviewed.  Motion by John Taylor to accept.  Second by Dave Griffin.  Motion carried.

VI. Treasurer's report

1. By Paul Brown:
        Pac Balance:     $40,400.75
        General Fund:    $18,160.66

1.  None

 VIII. New Business

1.  Mike Cavellaro Discussed the 11-99 Club and equipment being collected for Iraqi Police.
2.  Stockton POA sponsoring Police Olympics from June 6th to the 11th.  
3.  Joe Schmidt made a motion to donate $2,500 for the police olympics.  Jim Bock seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

IX. Reports

A. PAC

1.  Randy reported that May 5th would be PORAC Leg day.  
2.  PAC class in June.  You should attend if you have a PAC fund.

B. Insurance and Benefits

1.  Andy Schlenker discussed several pending cases.

D. Service Provider's Reports

1.  Aflac Rep spoke of Aflac products.  He didn't bring any ducks to hand out.
2.  Paul Konsdorf spoke of GPS tracking of cell phones and a case with Ceres PD
