Welcome! The Valley Chapter PORAC
is an organization of peace officers employed and retired from over 110
law enforcement agencies within Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Colusa, El
Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter,
Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba Counties.
The Valley Chapter not only maintains professional standards for officers within the chapter, but works politically in issues that affect the region. The Peace Officers Research Association of California represents over 65,000 public safety officers throughout the state.
